We all think of ourselves has having compassion but there is a lot more involved in truly practicing compassion than we normally think about. Karen Armstrong, a noted religious writer and former Ware Lecturer at UUA General Assembly, has unpacked this noble human quality in one of her many books. Using Armstrong's work and words from world scriptures Rev. Gail Tapscott will attempt to show us a roadmap to practicing compassion in every part of our lives.
