UU Deck the Hall Service - Andy and Wendy Pfrenger - Sunday, December 3, 2023

11/27/2023

This intergenerational service led by Andy and Wendy Pfrenger will combine joyous music with contemplative space and opportunities to work with your hands as we prepare to decorate the sanctuary for the December holidays. Join us for reflections on Hanukkah, Christmas, and the many small ways in which we each make – and remake – the world through our actions.

UUCO is a welcoming congregation and we invite you to join us either virtually or in person this Sunday morning at 10:30 am for services.  Unfortunately we are unable to publish the link to the service due to security concerns.  Please contact Sandra Moss at [email protected] to have the link sent to you.  Please request link before Sunday.

The Between Times - Rev. Gail Stratton - Sunday, November 26, 2023

11/21/2023

This time at the end of November, after Thanksgiving and before Christmas, can feel like a personal  “between time,”  a time of transition,  a time of waiting and a time of wondering.  It may feel that we are in a “between time” in our culture and in our country where the norms of how we do things have been challenged on many levels and where the outcome of the next presidential election will have enormous consequences.   We’ll explore what it means to live in such a time and to continue to be engaged and present even when there is much uncertainty around us.

UUCO is a welcoming congregation and we invite you to join us for services this Sunday either in person or via zoom at 10:30 am.  Unfortunately we are unable to publish the link to the service due to security concerns.  Please contact Sandra Moss at [email protected] to have the link sent to you.  Please request link before Sunday.

On Sharing and Giving Thanks - Daniel Doyle - Sunday, November 19, 2023

During this service we all will join in a collaborative re-telling of Stone Soup, a traditional folktale found in many parts of the world that helps us to think about our place in a community and how we can each be more welcoming and giving. This begins with recognizing the gifts, great and small, which we have to share and an appreciation for what can be accomplished when we all come together. You are welcome to bring small amounts of any food item you'd like added to our own "stone soup", which will be shared following the service.

UUCO is a welcoming congregation and we invite you to join us for services this Sunday at 10:30 am either in person or via zoom.    Unfortunately we are unable to publish the link to the service due to security concerns.  Please contact Sandra Moss at [email protected] to have the link sent to you.  Please request the link before Sunday.

What does it mean to travel the Generosity Path? To move from a posture of scarcity and fear to one of abundance and love, we must be brave. We will also recognize and celebrate our members who support the mission of UUCO with their time, talent and treasures. Join Rev. Sarah this Sunday for service and stay afterward for potluck and our FUNdraiser auction!

UUCO is a welcoming congregation and we invite you to join us for services this Sunday morning at 10:30 am either in person or via zoom.  Unfortunately, we are unable to publish the link to the service due to security concerns.  Contact Sandra Moss at [email protected] to have the link sent to you.  Please request link before Sunday.
