In this service we are going to be talking about one of the strangest and hardest passages in the Hebrew Bible: the prophet Elisha’s interaction with a group of rowdy teenagers and a pack of bears. We will be asking the question, what can we learn about the times we live in from a biblical prophet who has an angry outburst?
